Ayurveda Yoga.

  • Purify.

Purification of the physical, emotional or pranic, mental and psychic bodies. Ayurveda Yoga is for unification, renewal and the evolution of consciousness.

  • Unify.

All of yoga is the unification of self with the divine. It is the opening of channels in the body, mind and heart to create a clear channel to the higher self, the divine and pure consciousness.

  • Simplify.

The profound is found in simplicity. The more we simplify the more we access the subtler realms of existence. Ayurveda Yoga allows us to come back to simplicity, the breath, silence, the heart. In this space we can access the subtle energetic aspects of the body, mind and heart. This is the space for healing.
