Our initial session will be dedicated to assessing your current wellness and creating a personalised wellness plan utilising Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine, Yoga and the most up to date treatment methods, including diet and lifestyle and to address your unique needs and goals. We will determine your doshic constitution, formulate a lifestyle plan and plan a detoxification 4-5 day program to reset the gut, mind and body.

Mindfulness Practices
We each have specific goals and needs- I’ll work closely with you to help identify and overcome your triggers, patterns and imbalances to help you achieve your goals. Through practices such as breath work, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), meditation and other consciousness based practices we will create a program to help you achieve your highest outcomes.

How many coaching sessions will I need?
The coaching programs are based on weekly meetings for 1 month, 2 month and 3 month programs. Depending on your situation, current imbalances and what you want to work through- we are all on a unique journey and have individual needs.
Am I committed once I sign up?
There is a financial and personal commitment once you sign up. This allows for a greater growth and a chance for you to show up each week and journey through any blocks and patterns.

What is included in the coaching sessions?
The initial session is used to identify your health goals, wellness assessment, visions for the future, goal setting and an action plan. The consecutive sessions will be based on your unique needs and will be catered to your greatest evolution. Usually we will explore a topic related to your needs and highest potential growth.
What if i cant make a session?
If you are unable to make a session, a twenty-four hour notice is needed to be able to reschedule.
