SPRING

A time for growth and renewal. This is Kapha time in Ayurveda. This is the Liver time or Wood in Chinese Medicine.

Spring is the melting of the winter. It symbolises new growth and renewal. It is time to eat lighter and energise the body, mind and spirit.
